Any individual accessing, browsing and using the RBCA website and social media sites (hereinafter “Sites”) accepts without limitation or qualification, the RBCA's Site policies, disclaimer and notices (hereafter "Policies"). These terms and conditions apply only to the Sites that are registered under the RBCA. The RBCA maintains the right to modify these Policies without notice. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting the modification on the Policy page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of these Sites following the posting of any modification signifies acceptance of such modification.
The RBCA operates and maintains its official Sites to provide information about RBCA programs, services, projects, issues, events and activities. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the Sites. However, the RBCA assumes no liability for any inaccuracies the Sites may contain.
B. Links Policy
1. Links to Outside Websites Provided on the RBCA Sites
The RBCA may select links to outside websites that offer helpful resources for users. Once an individual links to another site, the RBCA's policies no longer apply and you become subject to the policies of that site. The RBCA is not responsible for the content that appears on these outside links and provides these links as a convenience only. Users should be aware that these third party sites and the information found on those sites are not controlled by, provided by or endorsed by the RBCA. Users who access these sites do so of their own free will and at their own risk.
2. Links by Other Entities to RBCA Sites
It is not necessary to get advance permission to link to the RBCA Sites; however, the RBCA reserves the right to rescind linking permission at any time. Entities and individuals linking to the RBCA Sites may not capture any of the RBCA's Site pages within frames, present RBCA content as their own or otherwise misrepresent the RBCA Site content. Furthermore, they shall not misinform users about the origin or ownership of the RBCA Site content. The RBCA reserves the right to change URLs and sub-page paths at any time without notice; it is the responsibility of linking sites to maintain links. Links to the RBCA Sites should not in any way suggest that the RBCA has any relationship or affiliation with that organization or that the RBCA endorses, sponsors or recommends the information, products or services of that site.
C. Collection of Personal Information
Statistical information about Site visits is collected to help the RBCA track and improve Site usefulness. However, the RBCA collects no personal information except where visitors choose to provide that information via emails or online forms. The RBCA does not give, share, sell or transfer any personal information to a third party without consent.
D. Copyright Policy
All information and materials provided on the RBCA Sites are the property of the RBCA. The RBCA retains copyright on all text, graphic images and other content found on the Sites. You may print copies of information and material for your own non-commercial use, provided that you retain the copyright symbol or other such proprietary notice intact on any copyrighted materials you copy. Please include a credit line reading: "credit: RBCA | www.richmondbeachwa.org” or "Courtesy of RBCA | www.richmondbeachwa.org."
Commercial use of text, RBCA logos, photos and other graphics is prohibited without the express written permission of the RBCA. The RBCA marks third party copyrights with high diligence. Any person reproducing or redistributing a third party copyright must adhere to the terms and conditions of the third party copyright holder. If you are a copyright holder and you feel that the RBCA did not use an appropriate credit line please notify the Webmaster with detailed information about the circumstances, so that the copyright information can be added or the material in question can be removed.
If you have any questions or concerns about the RBCA Site Policies or its implementation, or if you find incorrect information, or to seek permissions that fall outside of the guidelines above, please contact: Teresa Pape, Executive Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
