Night Out Against Crime BBQ

Tuesday, August 1, 2017, 6:00 p.m. to dusk
Richmond Beach Community Park, 2201 NW 197th Street

Take Back The Night

Join your neighbors and the Richmond Beach Community Association for our annual National Night Out Against Crime Barbecue. The event is free. National Night Out, "America's Night Out Against Crime," promotes crime prevention, police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie while sending a message to criminals that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. The traditional "lights on" campaign and symbolic front porch vigils turned into a celebration across America with various events and activities such as block parties, cookouts, parades, visits from emergency personnel and safety demonstrations.

Live Music, Free Barbecue and Free Kids Activities!

Join your fellow Richmond Beach neighbors in celebrating and sending this important message. The RBCA's event features live music and free hot dogs, drinks, desserts and kid activities. It's a great chance to meet new people and representatives from Richmond Beach Community Association, City of Shoreline, Shoreline City Council, Shoreline Police Department and Shoreline Fire Department.
